Many prescribers teach patients always to take the anti-hypertensives in the morning, but a study a few years ago revealed that many BP meds are just as effective when taken in the evening.
So for some patients who struggle with morning doses of various medications and supplements or for just odd-ball scheduling issues, most of them can safely move their BP medication dosing time to an evening/bedtime dose.
The only exception would be those medications that are diuretics or combinations WITH because of the likely impairment to sleep as the diuresis effect begins.
