It is VERY important that you ensure your practice is branded consistently. What do I mean by this? I mean the same colors, logos, fonts, images, messages, and “vibes.” Branding is the pillar to your marketing strategy in your practice.
Imagine going to a McDonalds and the fonts and colors were different on the sign and in the store. The arch outside was golden but the arches on the packaging were purple. Imagine the workers all wearing different outfits… Also imagine going to a different McDonalds in a different town and the menu was completely different. It would be confusing! Your practices brand is no different!
As you build your practice, really try to make the branding be consistent from your website down to your waiting room. My medical assistants all wear similar themed colored scrubs with my men’s health practice logo embroidered on it for example. I try to keep the colors from the website consistent in my practice as well. The whole goal is to build a “brand” and a “theme” with your practice. If you do this, you will find that your patient satisfaction will go up and your overall patient volume will increase!
