In Jill’s case, the location and pricing were key, and we talked about how you should never invest your money into remodeling or fixing a space that you don’t own, never spend a lot of money fixing up someone else’s building, in regards to pricing study your market, your competitor’s prices are a good reference to set your own, always deliver great care at a competitive price.
