"You can get past the dead end. You can break through the ceiling. I did and so have countless others."
Join Justin in his conversation with with Amanda, a part-time urgent care provider, and 1099 entrepreneur offering weight loss, HRT, and vitamin injections in her practice. Amanda is passionate about her services, but like many new business owners, she’s struggling with getting patients through the door and making real money.
Justin helps Amanda uncover a crucial truth, at this stage—she’s her own biggest obstacle. Overcomplicating pricing, being too flexible with rates, and hesitating to market boldly are all common mistakes. They discuss the importance of standing firm on pricing (the right clients will pay!), using free marketing tools effectively, and simplifying the process to create a steady, profitable business.
If you’ve ever doubted your worth or felt stuck in your business, this episode is packed with the motivation and strategy you need to turn things around!
