"You can get past the dead end. You can break through the ceiling. I did and so have countless others."
Justin Allan Montgomery (00:00.27)
All right, Hugo, we’re gonna do a do a solo one. Person I had scheduled this this week is bailed on me, so so anyways here let me close this little
Justin Allan Montgomery (00:21.358)
It’s a little better. Alright, so what we’ll do is we’ll make this just gonna be a solo one. I’ll see it more like something fairly straightforward and easy. This is gonna be a
Like a spring like a spring update, like a practice economic update. It’s kinda what was thinking to do every like every quarter, I think. A lot of people would probably appreciate something like that. So if you wanna maybe keep that on your calendar, to remind me, I’ll try to remember. But I’m kinda thinking like spring, summer, fall, winter, practice an economy practice an economic update for nurse practitioners basically. so this could be the spring one I suppose or summer. I mean f it’s gonna be summertime in really about two weeks, so still technically spring, so I don’t know how you guys want to do that. all right, so let’s go ahead and get started.
Justin Allan Montgomery (01:27.454)
Everyone, Justin Allan with the Elite Nurse Practitioner. This is going to be an episode where I’m going give you a I guess a recap on the practice and economic environment that’s happening right now. Okay. So kinda what I want to do is every quarter, every three or four months, give you guys like an update of kind of what’s going on in the world of NP practice and the economy. Now I’m not going to be talking about any kind of NP scope of practice stuff or independent practice or anything like that. I don’t I don’t really care about all that. you know, whatever specific to your state is specific to your state, okay. I’m gonna talk more about what’s it looking like in the cash practice space predominantly and what it’s what’s the economy looking like right now, basically to give you guys an update. Because you know, I invest I invest quite a bit on a regular basis. I mean I’m trading trading stocks and stuff.
say daily but at least couple times a week keep up with this stuff so I want to pass along the knowledge to you guys so so let’s start with let’s start with the practice environment okay so weight loss is a saturated mess right now for most people out there you know I get emails on a regular basis about what service should I replace my weight loss with.
It is a problem for a lot of people out there. I’m selling a practice right now for someone, ’cause I I broker practices on the side. and sell it to private equity funds that I’ve di established relationships with. And we’re selling a practice right now and we had a little bit of a difficult time finding a buyer for it because about thirty percent of his income was associated with GLP ones.
And there is a measurable decrease in business over the last year. And we had to explain that to potential buyers. And it may it was it was kind of a pain in the ass to have to explain that to people. and so it is a big red flag for people wanting to buy practices right now. If you’re very GLP one heavy, it’s gonna be extr it’s gonna be almost impossible to sell your practice. Okay. so
Justin Allan Montgomery (03:47.31)
Luckily he replaced he’s been replacing that income with more HRT and peptides and stuff. Okay. So while his GLP one income decreased, his overall revenue of his business has actually increased, okay? But the GLP one component of it has decreased, even though, you know, it’s about thirty percent of his business. it’s like I think it’s like twenty-three percent now. It was thirty percent, I think just like six months ago and thirty-five, forty percent of a year, a year and a half ago, okay.
So he’s been replacing that revenue with peptides and HRT. Okay. So if you are very weight loss heavy right now, my advice is to diversify your services as much as you possibly can into something else.
can be HRT, can be peptides, can be regenerative medicine, can be executive physicals. I mean it can be a variety of different things, okay? HRT, in my opinion, is still gonna be the big heavy hitter in the future. As
Gen X gets older, okay. Boomers, for the most part, guys, boomers are seventy-year-old plus at this point. Okay. Like most boomers are getting old, all right. They are some of them are gonna be interested in HRT, but the majority are gonna be on Medicare. They’re they’re you know, they can’t afford it.
So the market now is moving towards Gen Xers and millennials. Okay. I am an older millennial myself. I’m 42 years old. I think the oldest millennials are I think it was start started in 1980, I believe. I mean, don’t quote me on that, but I think so, right? 1980 is the start of millennials, I believe. 1981 or something like that. So millennials are the older millennials are in their mid forties, okay? So, and Gen Xers are
Justin Allan Montgomery (05:38.474)
Yeah, some Gen Xers are pr 60 years old. All right. that’s the market. All right. These people are gonna be getting older. They’re they’re they are getting older. I’m getting older, hell. And these people have disposable income. Okay. And they are looking to optimize their health. So HRT, in my opinion, is gonna be what’s really gonna be the big driver for cash-based practices.
over the next 10 years. All right. So if you are not doing HRT, my advice is to you better be doing some HRT. Okay. And if you’re doing HRT currently, expand it. Grow it. All right. Very, very important. It should be one of your main revenue drivers. All right.
And amongst the private equity companies that I’ve talked to, in terms of selling practices, because I’m assuming most of you would like to sell your practice at some point, right? Get the big seven figure, eight-figure payout, right? so with the majority of private equity companies that I have talked with, all right, this other practice that I’m selling right now, we’ve had a little bit a little bit more of a difficult time finding a buyer for his practice because it’s predominantly men’s health, all right.
Private equity is really, really liking the women’s HRT space because the market research that they have performed shows that it is underserved and it is an exponentially growing field. All right. So if you are not doing women’s HRT, I would advise doing it because it is going to be growing, all right.
If you own a men’s health practice and only want to focus on men’s health, I do not blame you. I am not doing women’s HRT. All right. I’m completely content with men’s health. but if you’re looking for a revenue driver, I am content with the revenue at at the men’s health practices. Like we’re content with it, all right. if you want a revenue driver though.
Justin Allan Montgomery (07:33.132)
Women’s HRT, okay? That’s a big one and and and women’s health, okay. There’s definitely a big move with a lot of these niche women’s health conditions as well. I’ve seen I’ve seen some practices doing very, very well having like PCOS specific care, okay. So be thinking niche, be thinking HRT focused things to diversify out of weight loss. You know, the Redatrue Tide is gonna be coming out very, very soon once Eli gets the final clinical trial data and
it’s getting you know and it it it gets final final approved that’s gonna be a big a big seller compounding pharmacies are already producing retotrutite I don’t know how they’re legally doing that it is probably not legal they’re doing it if you prescribe retotrutide right now it is not even a approved medication yet
So the liability around that is and the risk, in my opinion, is extremely questionable. If you are prescribing retitrutide from a compounding pharmacy to people right now, and something happened, your med your malpractice is not going to cover you. All right. It’s not. It’s not even it’s not an approved medication yet. It’s still in clinical trials, right?
Kinda same thing with peptides too, but peptides are pretty safe. I’m not worried about peptides. I mean, to associate an adverse event from a peptide specifically is gonna be almost impossible to do. But a true tide on the other hand, maybe not, okay. so so keep that in mind, guys. All right. So from the practice environment standpoint, women’s HRT,
Regenerative medicine, these other things. try to diversify out of the weight loss if you can. there are gonna be a handful of people who are still gonna be doing very, very well with weight loss because they just have the the the market dominance in their area for it. Like they are the go-to people. You know, those people are gonna be fine, but for many of you, you know, it business has probably slowed down, so try to diversify out of it.
Justin Allan Montgomery (09:51.19)
From a practice standpoint as well, there is definitely some saturation happening amongst the cash-based industry right now. I realize that. you know, it’s not even just from nurse practitioners, it’s PAs, a lot of doctors, a lot of chiropractors.
You know, they’re they’re getting into the space because there’s just so much demand for it and frankly people are getting sick and tired of the insurance game, right? So there is some saturation here, guys. so how do you how do you differentiate yourself from everyone else, right? How do you keep yourself on top of the saturation?
My opinion, this is gonna come down to amazing customer service. Okay. You need to be kissing your patient’s ass, just to put it frankly, all right? Like you just amazing customer service. you need to be providing convenient care. No question about it, right? Convenience, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing, all right. You
If you’re gonna overcharge, then there better be value associated with that with that increase in price. All right. because people are gonna be looking for the better value. All right. Now, there’s people out there that have money that could care less. You know, I mean, there just are people care less, all right?
But for the majority of people, people are on a budget of some sort, right? And so you need to you need to be pricing very, very competitively. Okay. So value. Lots of value associated with the price that you’re charging, amazing customer service and convenience, okay? Those are the three things that you need to focus on if you want to be better than the competition.
Justin Allan Montgomery (11:55.63)
Okay. There are very, very large corporate entities out there that are in this space, right? Like HIMS and things like that, right? Their customer service sucks. There’s no continuity of care. People see a different provider every single time. I mean, cookie cutter protocols, you know, the turnover rates at businesses like that are probably, you know, they’re they’re fairly high compared to a small practice.
Because there’s none of that continuity of care. There’s none that customer service, that convenience, right? So, I mean the well the convenience factor is there. But but yeah, people really want that connection, okay? Especially in this day and age. They just they just do people want that connection. So, so keep that in mind, guys. All right. That’s where you know, you really need to separate yourself. me personally, I’m moving into very high ticket services.
I am diversifying myself out of just regular care. Like at my ment’s health clinic. I don’t really see patients very much anymore. I just I just don’t. and I’m focusing more on high-ticket executive level kind of care. Okay. Very high-ticket concierge kind of care. Twenty five hundred dollar a month kind of care. All right.
Because I would much rather have ten clients that pay me a shit ton of money a month and I can provide them amazing care and basically give them whatever they want, right? I mean within reason obviously, right? so that’s where I’m moving because there is a subset of people out there that have the money for it and that’s what they want.
So whatever. Deliver the need. That’s I’m doing. Okay. So, anyways, keep that keep that keep that in your mind, guys. Okay. In terms of your practice goes, AI. We’re talking about AI disruption. Alright. It is impossible to stay up to date with artificial intelligence at this point. It just is. I listen to I am such a podcast dork. I listen to probably
Justin Allan Montgomery (14:08.045)
Of podcasts a day. it’s kind of ridiculous, honestly. But that’s where I get my news and my information. I just I I love podcasts, I just do. You know, some good solid podcasts. I don’t listen to just Joe Rogan. I do listen to Joe Rogan, but I listen to a lot of other things too, okay. and with AI right now, AGI, okay, artificial general intelligence, is gonna be here in the next year or two.
What that means is AGI is essentially a superintelligence that now has the capability of what a human can do. But at a far greater scale. I mean, an AGI is gonna be a PhD in everything, right? They’re gonna be a PhD in everything. They’re gonna have an MD. They’re gonna have an NP. They’re gonna have a PhD in biochemistry. They’re gonna be a lawyer, an engineer, everything. All right? And they’ll be able to
Reason and critically think and create at the level of human intelligence. Okay. Many AI experts are predicting this is going to be something that will be here in the next one to three years, if it’s not already here and it just hasn’t been publicized. Okay. When that happens, guys, all right, there is going to be significant disruption in our economy in the job market. All right.
Are NPs safe? Are PA safe? Are MDs and DOs safe? to an extent. To an extent. Okay. There I don’t know about you, but I use AI a lot for medical stuff. And the reasoning it can give me is it’s amazing. All right. This might be too much information, but whatever, I don’t care.
I’m 42 now. When you hit your 40s, you don’t care anymore. It’s so true. I just don’t give a shit anymore. So I’ve been battling with some really I’ve like I’ve been battling with some GI stuff for like the last year. I don’t know what triggered it. I don’t know what caused it, but it like drives me insane. Stomach cramping.
Justin Allan Montgomery (16:23.979)
bloating, diarrhea, like I’m like, am I developing IBS? Like what like wha what’s going on? I’m super healthy. I eat clean. I exercise. I don’t do any drugs. I quit drinking alcohol. Like what the hell’s going on, right? And I went I spent fifteen hundred dollars on this integrative medicine board certified MD gastroenterologist. Did a bunch of tests and stuff
It she’s just like, add more probiotics to your smoothie. You don’t think I’ve already done that, honey? Come on. What the fuck am I paying you for? Like, you know what I mean? So I took it into my own hands. So I started I I used AI extensively. I probably spent seven to eight hours figuring this out using AI. And I finally dialed in the issue.
To a super rare side effect to telmasartin and ARB. Okay. Like I I got high blood pressure. It’s just genetic. I it doesn’t matter what I do. It just does not want to get below 145, 150, over 90. It just doesn’t. I have to take blood pressure medication. Like, thanks, Dad. You know? and there’s a super rare side effect of ARBs. It’s called an ARB induced enteropathy. It basically
Causes like your the VLI in your small intestine to atrophy. And then essentially nothing is holding on to the food, the bile, and stuff in your intestines. So it just goes right through you, essentially. And I went to two different GI doctors. none of your side effects of any of your medications, you when they looked over my medications. I stopped the telmasartin and I shit you not. Three or four weeks later, cured.
Thank you, AI. Like, you know how long it would have took me to get to to finally figure that out, just going to gastroneurologists and stuff? Took for like it would have took forever, right? That’s just what I did. And I’ve heard from other people too utilizing AI that
Justin Allan Montgomery (18:26.305)
They’re using it to diagnose themselves with things. Okay. It is only a matter of time, guys, before some kind of company develops something that the general consumer will use. All right. At the end of the day, you’re still gonna need to have a provider that prescribes the medications for you and that sort of a thing. But if you think about the i i if you think about other fields, okay, other fields right now, what’s happening is let’s just say engineering as an example, okay? You have one engineer.
And now you have the in the engineer now controls six AI agents that are doing all the work for him. And he’s just more or less the the director, the supervisor, collaborating with all these AI agents to get the job done.
Same thing lawyers, all right? like a paralegal right now, like a very large law firm right now. Every single lawyer has like their own paralegal. Now it’s like one paralegal that now controls six AI agent paralegals who do all the research and that one paralegal basically just supervises them and gets it all done, right?
That’s where we’re moving to. We’re moving from this top down sort of a thing. And the down is using AI agents to get the job done. All right. So this is infiltrating lots of different fields. Computer programmers as well, right now, right? A software engineer. You have one software engineer supervising and controlling eight AI agents below them. It’s basically eight entry level computer programmers essentially, for f and it costs nothing. And they’re just supervising them. So there’s just there’s these layoffs that are happening.
in all these tech companies, okay? And so
Justin Allan Montgomery (19:58.764)
What’s gonna happen? I don’t and I don’t know when this is gonna happen, but it’s probably going to happen at some point, sooner than later, is that there will a company will develop will like will b will like will develop some kind of AI agent doctor sort of a thing where you will go in, you answer and it’ll it’ll it’ll it’ll ask you questions and it’ll come up with diagnosis and then it’ll say your prescription needs to be this or that. And then there’ll be a provider at the top, an MD or an MP or something like that, looking over these 10 different AI doctor
Doctors or whatever that are seeing patients online all asynchronous, going through it, approving, click, sending a prescription. Okay. One provider is doing the job of 10 now. Okay. This is going to happen. Okay. You might not like it, you know, but this is the reality, guys. You know, you get people bitch and complain all the time about, well, it should be like this, should be like that, should be like this, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Well, g unfortunately it’s not like that, okay? It’s just this is just the reality of the situation. This is why I can’t stand politics in general. Both sides, it should be like this, should be like that. Well, it’s not like that. This is the reality of it, okay? So the quicker you accept that, the better off you’re gonna be. All right. So that might happen. Probably going to happen, okay? So I want you to keep an eye on what’s going on within AI right now. All right. Keep an eye on it. Be on top of it.
If you are not using AI right now in your practice, you are a fool. You’re a fool. You should be using it. All right. It makes your it it makes your business so much more efficient. It just, it just does. Okay. Even if you have no idea even how to use it or how to get started, all right? Go create an account with Claude. Claude and Gemini. Chat GPT is okay. I think ChatGPT works really, really well for like marketing stuff, I think, and writing like general content.
Claude perplexity is so much better for more technical stuff like medical stuff. Okay. Create an account with Claude. If you have no idea what you know, if you have no idea what to do, go to Claude and be like, I want to start using AI for my practice, but I don’t know what I’m doing. Can you please help me? Like, just ask it. It’ll tell you what to do. You don’t have to ask me. All right. You don’t have to hire someone. Just ask it. It’ll tell you. Like it’ll tell you. It’ll tell you anything you want. Like it is for the first time in human history, guys, you have access.
Justin Allan Montgomery (22:24.757)
To answers to any question you have. Okay? And you can get an answer to it within seconds. Think about that. First time in human history you are living in this time period right now, in the last just couple years. You can get on your phone and ask it any question you want. Any problem that you have, any math problem that you have, any legal problem that you have, any b anything.
Anything that you want. And ask it. And it’ll give you an answer. Think about that. How much power is that? That is an enormous amount of power. And what are most people using it for? To create stupid images to put on a post on their Instagram or how to break up with their girlfriend. What the f what? Pete I’m not even gonna go down that rabbit hole.
People are just blow mind. Like they’re using it for the dumbest shit in the world. Like you can literally use it for anything that you want. Okay. So if you want to be a successful practice owner, business owner, provider, you need to get good. You need you need to get good with AI. You have an extremely complex patient coming in and you don’t know what to do, go to AI. It will provide you more detail than the most advanced MD in the world will. It truly will. Just will.
Supervising doctor? What do you need a supervising doctor for? I mean, granted we don’t need them anyways, it’s just an administrative thing you gotta pay these assholes money for, right? But like, what do you need for? You don’t to ask what question. You can look up the question yourself. You can at you can input specific data into AI and get that. But anyways, I’m going down a rabbit hole, sorry. So
Just keep an eye on it, guys. Okay. It’s gonna displace things. Okay, let’s let’s let’s move into the economy. Okay, so that’s just kind of some practice updates I want to provide you guys. Things that are on the forefront of my mind within the practice environment right now. So keep that in mind. If you want to sell your practice, diversify out of it diversify out of weight loss and focus on women’s HRT. Those are the two big things that are I mean, like well, the women’s HRT is a really, really, really really hot thing right now that private equity is wanting to buy.
Justin Allan Montgomery (24:33.159)
And just FYI, if you are doing a lot of women’s HRT and you’re ready to sell your practice, holler at me. Happy to help you sell it. But you gotta be doing at least a million dollars net net a year. Okay. Anything less than a million dollars, it’s kind of a waste of time, to be honest with you. I mean if you’re doing like five hundred thousand dollars net, we could sell it, but you’re not gonna that much for it. 1.5, 2 million max, okay. okay, so anyways,
the economy right now. So let’s talk about this real quick. So many of you are aware of what’s going on. I mean, everyone’s paying for gas the pri I mean, you know, paying for gas at the pump. You know what’s going on. So the I’m publishing that, you know, this is beginning of June twenty s of twenty twenty six, okay. This can change next week. Okay. Like I mean it just can’t. So the Iran conflict, okay,
There’s no peace agreement happening, okay. One side backstabs the other. Israel does something crazy and then Iran doesn’t like it, and then peace talks stop. there are a lot of geopolitical analysts out there, that do not think this war is going to end any time soon. Like this could be a repeat of Iraq or Afghanistan again. Okay, we could be there for years. Like we
Like we could legitimately be there for years, guys. Okay. Iran is a fortress. We cannot just go in there and invade. It just it it it’s not like that. Iraq is a flat desert. Okay? Just it’s a flat desert. You can land jets on the sand on the ground, okay? Helicopters, tanks. It’s flat. There’s no mountains or anything. All right. So it was an easy country to invade. Iran is surrounded by
giant mountain ranges. Okay. It is like go to Google Maps and look up Iran. Y you can’t just get in there. Okay? You just you can’t, right? So the Iranians can hide in these mountains. They have they have drone factories inside these mountains, missile factories inside these mountains, and we can and they’re like we can’t get in there. So this could drag on for a very, very long time. So what does that mean for the economy?
Justin Allan Montgomery (26:48.973)
Okay. if there’s any kind of resolution with the Strait of Hormood Hormuz in terms of oil transportation through it, okay. If there’s any resolution, then oil prices will eventually go down. Okay. Now oil is traded on future contracts. And what that means is the price of oil being traded right now is what they expect the price to be three months from now, based off of current conditions, essentially.
So even if the strait opens up tomorrow and the war ends tomorrow, oil prices will still be extremely volatile and still remain elevated probably for about three more months. Okay. So at a minimum, we have three more months of high of high oil prices. Now, this has not trickled down on the economy quite yet. All right. The prices haven’t quite yet, but it it will sooner than later. This is going to start affecting people. And when it does,
People are not going to spending as much money. Okay. this can affect the stock market. It can stack again, you know, it can affect bonds, interest rates, it can affect a lot different things. I mean, if oil stays high and supply stays low, I mean, it can cause some significant disruptions in food supplies. You know, I mean, w the world gets a very large percentage of its fertilizer from the Middle East.
And if that strait is closed, then the world’s not getting its fertilizer. So now our food yields are going to decrease significantly. Now we’re in the United States, we don’t have to worry about it too much here, but a lot of other countries, it could be pretty tough for them. Okay. So so it’s gonna be very it’s gonna be very interesting to see what happens over the next six to twelve months, okay? So if oil remains high, guys.
Do not be surprised if your practice revenue goes down a little bit. Okay. Do not be surprised if we see some real significant inflation in the economy. Okay. I mean, the price of things right now is already ridiculous, but it qu it can go higher. All right. it can go much higher. And we are in a we are in a K-shaped economy right now. And I if you don’t know what a K-shaped economy means, then I’ll explain it to you real quick.
Justin Allan Montgomery (29:03.965)
A K, the letter K, right? One leg goes up, one leg goes down. And typically with a K, depending on what kind of font you use, the the top leg that goes up is a little bit shorter than the than the lower leg, right? So the economy is K-shaped. Twenty percent of the people are that top leg of the K. 20% of the people are 20% of people are doing well. I’m doing well. Many of you are doing well.
You know, as the stock market goes up, I’m making more money, you know, like business is good, etc. Like for the twenty percent of us, we’re doing well. For the other eighty percent, they’re not doing very well. The bottom fifty percent guys are not doing well at all. Okay, you’re talking about half of the people in this country out there, half the people that you’re driving around with are struggling. Okay. So
It’s going to potentially get worse for those people specifically. What does that mean? I I don’t know. Okay. but people are gonna start penny pinching, all right? you know, people talk about social unrest and revolution, that kind of a thing. I mean, I doubt all that. I’m not
you know, be a a doomer here, but but just keep you know just just just be aware of this stuff guys. Stay on tr stay on top of this stuff. You know, there’s more to the world than just your practice. You know, stay on top of these things. from an investment standpoint
Right now, the market is at all-time highs. there is going to be a correction soon. Okay. We have had nine weeks of advancements in the stock market. Okay. Nine weeks. All right. The market has been positive for nine weeks straight. That has only happened like a couple times in history, right?
Justin Allan Montgomery (30:53.703)
And it usually ends with a five to ten percent correction. So if you’re looking to get in the market right now, I would highly advise just waiting for a little while. Okay. how can you make money right now? Well, I’m making some pretty good money playing the oil market, okay? Because oil right now is going up and down, up and down, up and down. It’s just what it’s doing, right? Like Trump says something about the war in Iran ending, oil goes down. Then
Iran bombs somewhere in Israel or whatever, then the oil price goes back up. Okay. So it’s very up and down, up and down. you don’t necessarily have to trade oil, but you can trade things that are that follow oil, okay? Things that correlate with the price of oil. And one of the easiest things to do is airlines, airline stocks. Okay. United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta, et cetera.
If you look at the price of oil and look at the price of the airline stocks, it correlates with each other. Okay. Price of oil goes down, airline stocks go up. Price of oil goes up, airline stocks go down because airline profits are extremely dependent on the price of oil gas. Okay. So I’ve made I’ve made like 50,000 bucks in the last month trading American Airlines. Like that like that I’m not lying. I I’ve made fifty thousand dollars in the last month.
Trading American Airlines. It’s just it’s stupid. Like literally all I do. This is this is all I do. Okay. If American Airlines drops into the twelve dollar range, start buying it. Once it hits like fourteen, sell it. It’s completely it it just follows oil. Like right now, oil is up today and American Airlines is down like one or two percent. Yesterday it was down like three percent because oil was up like four percent. Okay. It is the easiest trade in the world.
The price of oil will go back down. It will. It has to. Like the world economy cannot afford i it it it can’t function at these oil prices. It just can’t. Okay. So the price will go down. So if you’re looking for some easy money, trade American Airlines or Delta or United Airlines, like it’s easy money. Okay. so just kinda keep that in mind, guys. So, so anyways, you know, just
Justin Allan Montgomery (33:12.481)
Be be cautious with what’s going on in the world right now. It’s it’s a very unpredictable time, very volatile time. It’s you know, who knows what the hell’s gonna happen. there’s a lot of things happening in the world right now that it’s just it’s it’s a lot of uncertainty. Okay. My advice to many of you, to all of you, is to be frugal right now, save your money, okay, keep a lot of cash.
Ready to go. I’m not talking about cash under your bed. I mean, you know, cash in the bank, cash in your brokerage account, whatever. All right. Make sure it’s in like some short-term treasuries or a money market fund where you’re making, you know, four percent or whatever. Have some cash ready to deploy and just be cognizant of what’s going on in the world. Okay. Live frugally. be grateful for what you have, provide good value to your patients.
you know, you’ll stay in business and just keep an eye on what’s what’s happening right now. if you have children, with the whole AI thing right now, be very, very cognizant of how that’s going to affect your child’s future. Okay. Cause AI is going to displace many jobs. Many jobs. All right. There are gonna be professions that are around now that will not be around ten years from now, twenty years from now.
