Today we will be talking to Amanda who operates a successful functional medicine practice where she is also offering aesthetic services. Her practice is doing amazingly well, but she lacks free time. We find out that she is working more IN her business vs. working ON her business. While she is making an amazing income in a short amount of time, she has done so by sacrificing a lot of her free time. We discover that she needs to learn how to delegate tasks to others and how to develop systems so she can develop a strong passive income that will set her free.
