Since we last spoke, her weight loss practice has exploded in growth, and she has successfully implemented new services like hormone replacement therapy. She’s experiencing growing pains and needs assistance hiring employees and restructuring her payment model, so it generates more revenue.

In our conversation with Crystal, we learn that the key to reaching the next level is always having growth on your mind, delegating work, and having systems in place to ensure you’re always working on your business and not in it.
