Currently, she manages her own 4 businesses, which include an online telepysch clinic, a weight loss telemedicine clinic, and brick-and-mortar psych and weight loss practices. Stacey runs all of her practices in Mexico. She’s needing assistance consolidating her practices, automating tasks, and scaling her businesses.

In our conversation, we talk about the importance of putting your time and effort into income-generating work over busy work; prioritizing tasks is the way to success. This sometimes means focusing on one of your businesses instead of all, so you’re not spread too thin.
