Today we will be talking to Kiawana who is a family nurse practitioner that started a wellness mobile side practice that she recently transitioned to a brick-and-mortar practice. Kiawana has also been working full time at a primary care practice during this process. She is looking for assistance on how to get her brick-and-mortar business off the ground correctly and wants to know what NOT TO DO. She is needing help with marketing and staffing her practice, so it succeeds. We conclude that investing back into your business is critically important for its growth and that you need to learn how to delegate tasks appropriately if you truly want to build a high revenue practice.

Hi,
I listened to this episode and found it helpful in providing guidance about marketing. I opened a side business about 1 year ago after taking you Telehealth course. I have not had any patients as yet but I realized that I was not putting enough effort into marketing. Now, I hope to see progress with my improved marketing.
Dawn,
Telemedicine success = marketing. It is ABSOLUTELY critical. No one knows you exist without it.
