Today we’ll be talking to Alia, a Family Nurse Practitioner. Currently, she’s rounding in nursing homes providing neurological services, and she’s in the process of starting her own Men’s Health clinic, where she will focus on HRT, weight loss, and fertility management. She’s needing help with how to price her services, overcoming analysis paralysis, and focusing her attention on the most vital parts of the business creation process.

In our conversation, we talked about how useful taking concrete steps is toward starting your practice. Signing the lease will definitely give you that push just to get started and overcome analysis paralysis, and it’ll force you into action and just get started, don’t get paralyzed by fear.
