Haley is getting ready to open her own Pediatric Functional Medicine Telemed Practice that she eventually wants to transition into a brick-and-mortar practice. She’s needing help narrowing down her focus.
In this episode, we talk about how narrowing down on a very specific demographic is a key element for a telemed’s practice success. Having a very specific niche allows for easier marketing and faster growth. Don’t be afraid to be very niched; niches are the path to riches.
