Today we will be talking to Kayla, a FNP who has been operating her own aesthetics and IV hydration clinic full-time for the past year. Kayla comes to the show looking for help in choosing which additional services to add to her practice to increase patient volume and practice revenue. She also has questions regarding business credit and how to grow her practice.

In this episode, we talk about the struggles of operating a business, which is something no one is immune to! No matter what stage you are at in your entrepreneurial career, you are likely to encounter some issues along the way. The mark of a true entrepreneur is to roll with it, learn to navigate it, and pivot if necessary. In Kayla’s case, this means focusing her energies on growing her business in a small town. Like we’ve mentioned in several episodes before, small towns can be huge gold mines!!
